Submitting the checkout form does not by itself create a contract. It produces a WhatsApp message you send to us. The order is confirmed once we reply accepting it, having checked stock and agreed payment.

We may decline an order — most often because a size or colourway has run out. If that happens we will say so and offer an alternative.

All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include any applicable tax, and do not include delivery. Pickup in Kampala is free; delivery is not something we offer, so any courier you arrange is a separate arrangement and cost between you and them.

We may change prices at any time, but the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is arranged after confirmation, by Mobile Money in advance or cash on pickup within Kampala. Goods remain ours until paid for in full.

We photograph our products honestly, but screens vary and colour can shift slightly between production runs. Measurements in the size guide are taken flat and carry a small tolerance.

Your rights to exchange or return are set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute.
