This website does not run a server-side database and does not have user accounts. The only information it handles is what you type into the checkout or contact form — your name, phone number, delivery address and any notes.

That information is assembled into a message inside your own browser and handed to WhatsApp or your email app. It is not transmitted to us by this website.

Your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

When you send the order, the details become an ordinary WhatsApp or email message in our inbox. We use them only to fulfil your order and to answer you about it.

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not run deliveries ourselves, so we do not pass your details to any rider or courier — if you arrange your own delivery, you share your address with them directly, not us.
• WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the message itself.

No card or Mobile Money details are collected on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us after your order is confirmed, through Mobile Money or cash on pickup.

You can ask us what order information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message sales@ondaba.ug and we will action it.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
