Pickup &
delivery

• You place the order here and it lands with us on WhatsApp or by email.
• We reply to confirm stock, sizes and payment.
• You pay by Mobile Money in advance, or cash on pickup.
• You collect it yourself, or send your own boda or courier to collect on your behalf.

Pickup is free and the default option at checkout. We will confirm the collection point and hold your order for seven days. Bring your order reference.

If you would rather not collect it yourself, choose "Deliver to my address" at checkout and give us the address you want it sent to. That address is for your own boda or courier to use — we don't book, track or charge for the delivery itself, and we can't promise a delivery timeline since it's not handled by us.

Once your order is ready, send your rider to collect it from our Kampala pickup point with your order reference.

If there is a problem with the item itself — wrong size sent, a fault in the print or stitching — message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will sort it. Since delivery is arranged by you, issues with a courier or rider are between you and them, but tell us anyway — we would rather know.
